EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! That sums up my experience with Appliances To Go!! I was new to Florida area and when I needed Appliances for our newly purchased Naples condo I went to a store I was familiar with back home, Home Depot. I ordered AND PAID FOR, the Appliances from them and set a delivery date a month out. Day before delivery I received a text from them telling me delivery was on time. Few minutes later received text saying delivery was delayed for several weeks! Long story short I canceled Home Depot. Found "Appliances to Go" on the internet. Saw some good reviews so I called them. Spoke with Mickey. He didn’t know me from Adam, .but not only did he match the prices from Home Depot, the delivery, installation and haul away was cheaper! Since I wasn't going to be there day of delivery, back home in Illinois, they worked with individual I have watching condo while I'm gone so that he didn't have to sit and wait all day. Mickey and Steven were GREAT to work. I would HIGHLY recommend "Appliances to Go"

While I was not happy that it took 3weeks to get my washer and dryer delivered, I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the staff at Appliances to Go! Someone always answered the phone when I called. After the area was devastated by Hurricane Ian -they lost power and had little staff able to return to work; however they worked hard to continue to be available. My appliances did reach the store the day before the storm and now we needed to schedule delivery. Honestly, at this point, my washer and dryer were last priority to me. Doris was taking messages and returning calls as quickly as possible and she was able to schedule delivery about a week later. The delay in getting my appliances was really out of their hands. They were trying to get the machines delivered to them from the manufacturer warehouse. When I actually did get my machines, the gentleman that delivered was great and I was satisfied with installation!

I never use big box stores for my household appliance purchases because as a former small business owner, I want to support my community and those families who run their companies like you're a part of the family. Appliances To Go is the first store I visited having moved to Cape Coral in August of 2021. I was so impressed by their attitude, quality of products and service that when Hurricane Ian hit I didn't mind having to buy a new refrigerator because I could visit with Doris and Mickey again. With everything being so hectic since the storm, I needed a good quality refrigerator fast. Friday afternoon my husband and I headed over to ATG and purchased a beautiful new Frigidaire double door refrigerator/freezer at a very competitive price. Doris scheduled us for Tuesday delivery and considering the circumstances, we understood. Imagine my surprise when my phone rang Sunday morning and Mickey was headed over to deliver my refrigerator. How many big box stores have the owners call you on a Sunday because he knows that I am sick with chronic disease and I couldn't wait until Tuesday for delivery. By noon, my beautiful new refrigerator was in place and we had a lovely visit with Mickey. THIS is the reason I only use Mom & Pop type companies. Corporations you're a number on an invoice. At Appliances To Go, you're family from the minute you walk through their door. I am a little disappointed that I only have to replace my dishwasher because I thoroughly enjoy working with this family and look forward to the experience. Fair competitive prices for exceptional service and quality of product and the opportunity to work with a wonderful team of people. I will never shop for my appliances anywhere else after my experiences with this company and I hope you check them out, as you won't either.

I went by the recommendations on here and I was not let down. They are polite and informative easy to work with we purchased a washer and dryer delivery was free and it was delivered when expected with a phone call prior to arriving. The delivery person was very friendly and had the new appliances in and the old ones gone in under 30 minutes. I would strongly recommend their business.

I was on the hunt for a BBQ that was made as much as possible in the USA. That ruled out the big box stores. Found Broil King and that led me to Appliances to go USA in SWFL, as they have them on the showroom floor to see them in person. The team at all 3 local stores joined forces to locate the right grill for me. They even connected me with the Broil King rep to get all my questions answered and to continue contact after the purchase for any issues. They are super friendly and generous to offer me several grill tools, a BBQ cover and free delivery. Because they are a local business they really connect with the customer and are there for future support in person. I also found out that most of the other appliances they have are made in USA. So when something needs replacing I know where I a am going first!

I can not thank Appliances To Go USA enough!! I bought a new washer and dryer from Appliances To Go USA. The washer was not in stock but they let me borrow a washer until my new one arrived. I was in a terrible situation because I bought a washer and dryer from another company that were both broken upon delivery. I contacted Appliances To Go USA and purchased a new washer and dryer from them and they came out and installed the dryer and the borrowed washer the very next day. Fantastic service!! A couple of weeks later my new washer came in and once again they came to my home and delivered it and made sure that everything was working correctly before they left. After the headache I had with the first company I am completely blown away by the kindness and service from Appliances To Go USA. I will definitely purchase all my future appliances from them. Very trustworthy people! We purchased a used refrigerator for our garage. When it was delivered we discovered that the ice maker (most important part of our garage refrigerator) was broken. We called and let the owner know and he immediately said, "No problem!" He ordered brand new parts and replaced them for us.

After calling a few local places for a part for a dishwasher, no one was helpful. They just said, parts are on back order and they are not taking any orders. But, Mickie from Appliances to go USA, called and left a message with a phone number to call and order the part. WOW ! A company that cares. I didn't even speak with anyone there. The couple that owns the store is hands on. Very helpful and not pushy. I wanted to buy a Speed Queen washer/dryer set. They are a certified carrier for Speed Queen in the Ft Myers/Cape area. They actually carry inventory. Bought set and it was delivered the next day. The owner came the day of delivery to make sure setup was ok and I was happy with results. They took our old ones away! I give this company stars

Appliances to go USA is more than great, it's awesome. I've used them twice now for repairs and they were on time, courteous, professional and a delight to deal with. They explained exactly what was wrong with my appliance. I was visited by Mickey and he was super cool. He gave me all the options, from repair to buying refurbished or buying new with no pressure. I liked that. He even told me that it was more cost effective for me to repair than to buy as my appliance was top notch. I also found their prices to be highly fair.
